Dough cutting and weighing machine is a great help for mass production enterprises in dough processing, and thanks to the cutting drum and the height-adjustable dough outlet band, it cuts the dough by hand in the desired weight without compressing and wearing it. During cutting, the lubrication system automatically lubricates all surfaces with food compatible oil, thus ensuring a longer life of the machine. There is no need to clean the dough cutting system. With the improved filter system, flour and dough-like substances escaping into the oil prevent them from reaching the piston and drum, so the life of the machine is extended and the production of the baker is not interrupted. It can be moved easily thanks to its wheels. Dough hopper and outer covers are made of stainless steel.
